高职院校“双师”教师队伍的结构分析

摘    要:从高职教师的“双师”素质培养到建立“双师”结构的教师队伍,高职院校教师队伍的内涵建设又向前迈进了一大步。“双师”结构教师队伍的提出反映了我国高等职业教育发展及高技能型人才培养开放性和职业性的内在要求。通过分析高职院校教师队伍的“双师”结构,详细阐述基于工学结合人才培养模式下的高职院校“双师”教师队伍的不同层级的结构及各分类、各层次之间的关系。

Abstract:Higher vocational colleges have made a great step forward in enhancing its core strengths when it proceeded with the establishment of dual-qualified teacher's team. The introduction of "dual-qualified teachers" profiles the development of higher vocational education and the essential requirement of the openness and professionalism of technician cultivation. The paper examines the structure of teaching team in higher vocational colleges and elaborates its two-dimensional structure and relations of various groups and levels under work-and-study talents cultivation pattern.
