| 摘 要： | 高校扩招引发的一个大问题的是英语教师稀缺与学生对英语学习需求膨胀的矛盾。提出团队管理模式,通过对团队管理模式在大学英语大班听说课中的目的、步骤、优、缺点的论述,与同仁共同探讨适合英语大班听说课的教学模式,以期将英语教学的效果提高到更高的层次。

| Abstract: | One of the key problems caused by increased number of college students is the contradiction of lack of English teachers and students' increasing demand for English learning. This paper puts forward the method of team management. Presenting the aims, steps and advantages and disadvantages of team mangement in listening and speaking teaching of college English in big classes, the author attempts to develop an effective method of listening and speaking teaching in big classes so that the effect of English teaching can reach a higher level. |
