| Abstract: | Situated in mountain areas,comparatively,Baise is backward: lacking of transportation means and poor elementary education.This paper discusses the following aspects: analyzes the present situation of Baise's compulsory education,through comparison,proposes the urgency of implementation bilingual education;the problems of implementation bilingual education and the solutions to solving the problems. |
