高职院校兼职教师管理存在的问题及对策

摘    要:高职院校兼职教师管理存在来源复杂、结构不合理,聘用不规范、人员不稳定,教学能力不强、教学效果不理想以及体制外、边缘化等突出问题。解决问题的关键是改变对兼职教师管理的临时观念、短期观念、应付观念,真正将其视为专业教学团队中不可替代的部分,规范遴选聘用程序,增加行业企业专家、能工巧匠的比例与数量,加大投入和支持力度,积极创造条件吸引其参与课程体系建设和课程开发,教学管理部门也应进一步完善管理与服务机制,建设管理与服务平台。
