| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代末以来，我国高等教育发展速度急剧加快，其目标在于从精英教育阶段向大众化阶段迈进。本文分析了高等教育大众化的内涵及其发展现状，探讨在此背景下建构新型高等职业教育质量观及其质量保证的关键内容，提出保证新的高等职业教育质量观得以实施的相关机制与措施。

| Abstract: | Since 1990's,higher education has developed rapidly whose aim is to m ake higher education step into popular stage from elite stage.The article analys es the intension and current situation of the popularization of higher education , discusses the key content of constructing new quality view of higher vocationa l education and ensuring its quality, puts forward corresponding mechanism and m easures to guarantee new quality view of higher vocational education to be imple mented smoothly. |
