| 摘 要： | "雇主导向"的含义包括三个层次:第一,职业教育办学主体的二元化;第二,职业教育办学主体的转移;第三,职业教育办学主体的回归."雇主导向"是一个具有丰富含义的概念,其任何一个层次含义都会涉及到职业教育机构(学校)在组织构架、专业设置、教学计划、课程内容、培养过程、师资队伍等多个方面的调整和变革.此外,"雇主导向"上述三个层次的含义具有内在关联性,它们在"校企关系"是当前职业教育发展过程中的基本问题这一观点上具有共识,如何建立有效的"校企关系"自然成为上述不同含义的"雇主导向"的核心问题.
