| 摘 要： | 高职院校兼职教师教学质量的优劣已经成为影响高职院校整体教学质量的一个重要因素,其具有的多重职业身份、多方扩展的工作职能和不稳定的工作特性直接影响了教学质量.为此,高职院校应严把"入口关",建立兼职教师培训制度,完善教学质量评价与激励机制,并依托校企合作基地充分发挥兼职教师的优势,以此提升兼职教师的整体教学质量.
