| 摘 要： | 校园文化是直接影响大学生成长的环境因素,需要长期培育,苦心经营,需要多层次、多渠道进行建设,更需要学校各方面的共同努力。本文从馆员角度出发,提出了在高职院校校园文化建设中,如何结合图书馆文化搞好校园文化建设,增强馆员在校园文化建设中的综合能力。
