综合课程在职教师能力培养途径研究

摘    要:20世纪80年代我国开始实施综合课程以来,随着课改的深入,综合课程实施呈现许多问题,其中最为关键的是师资问题,而当务之急是对在职教师能力的培养和训练。采用反思型培养模式下的校本培训、教师技能和素养的自我发展、构建教师学习共同体和不断完善师资培训课程体系,强化活动课程设计等措施能够有效地促进综合课程在职教师的能力养成。

Abstract:Since 80s in 20th century,the implementation of integrated curriculumwas launched in China.With the development of curriculum reform,many problems came up in integrated curriculum.For the most critical issue is the quality of teachers,the priority is to train and build the in-service teachers' abilities.Measures like reflective school-based training,self-development of professional skills and literacy,construction of teachers' learning communities,improvement of teachers' training system,reinforcement of curriculum design and others can effectively promote integrated curriculum in-service teachers' capacity-training.
