| 摘 要： | 义务教育是我国国民教育的重中之重，因此农村义务教育关系大国民素质的提高。农村义务教育有以下三个主要矛盾：教育资源与教育均衡发展目标的矛盾；教师队伍与素质教育要求的矛盾；经费管理与保障机制规定的矛盾。提高农村义务教育质量的途径包括教育体制的改革和教学方面的改革。

| Abstract: | Compulsory education is a top priority in our national education. The rural compulsory education means a lot to improve the national quality. Rural compulsory education has the following three major contradictions： The contradiction between the educational resources and the balanced development of education objectives, between the teachers and the requirements of quality education; and between funds management and provisions of security mechanism. There are two ways to improve the quality of rural compulsory education, which are the reform of education system and teaching reform. |
