| 摘 要： | 依托名校办分校，是我国民办高等教育中一种独具特色的办学模式。国家重点大学参与民办高校的办学，是充分发挥自身的资源优势，为发展中国的民办高等教育作贡献。在参与中，重点大学必须认真履行办学者的职责，不断提高民办高校的办学水平，并处理好支持民办高校发展与重点大学自身发展的关系。

| Abstract: | Establishing branch campus depended on the famous university is a new pattern for run education with unique characteristic in the private higher education of China. The objective of the key university to be involved in private higher education is to develop itself resources advantages, and to make contribution to the higher education development. In this process, the key university should perform its responsibility to be as a spouse's role, improve its educational quality, and correctly handle the relation of supporting the private higher education to itself development of the key university. |
