新时代教育评价改革的伦理审思

摘    要:新时代教育评价进入新的改革阶段,在提高教育评价科学性的同时,要加强教育评价的伦理研究。教育评价的专业化既包括基于评价技术、手段等能力的提升,也包括专业伦理的日益规范。从伦理学的视角来审视教育评价,教育评价伦理包含教育评价本身的善恶和教育评价作为手段的善恶。新时代教育评价改革的基本伦理取向包括关注人的全面发展,凸显人性关怀;探索增值评价,凸显教育公平;多元主体参与,凸显教育民主。

Ethical Reflection on the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era

Abstract:Higher education quality standard system based on standardization is to take part in higher education, normalize surveillance, serve the society and express the interest, i.e., to speak for the society and express the social requirement. Its nature is to reach a consensus and form a unified understanding of higher education quality. It promotes the efficient operation of higher education quality standard system by setting up six dimensions which integrates time, logic, condition, level, nature and object to build a normalization mechanism of condition and object dimensions and a safeguard mechanism of subject, institution, government and society.
