| 摘 要： | 本文论述图书馆以人为本服务理念的宗旨是使广大社会民众成为图书馆文明成果的享用者、支配者，指出图书馆当前以人为本服务理念存在的四点主要问题，进而论述深化图书馆体制改革、优化图书馆学习环境、构建覆盖城乡图书馆服务网络等图书馆以人为本服务理念的实践融合。
