| 摘 要： | “以人为本”中的“人”分别是读者、馆员和一切有利于推动图书馆事业的组织和机构，是当代人和未来人的总体，是个体和群体的统一体，这个统一体在图书馆管理中，应以个体馆员为主体。在图书馆宏观规划和读者服务中，应以群体为本。“以人为本”中的“本”要根据所要表达的内容有选择性地加强以使用、具体界定。
