| 摘 要： | 数字时代,信息资源十分丰富。面对海量的信息,图书馆工作人员不仅仅要借书还书、接待读者,还要指导读者查询和检索信息。图书馆作为知识汇集之地,担负着传播文化的重任。这就要求图书馆从业人员不仅要掌握专业知识,还要尽量广博,以满足各种类型读者的不同需求。为此,培养图书馆复合型人才就很有必要。
