| Abstract: | This paper illustrates the relationship between humanistic spirit and library、humanistic management and library,proves modern library can′t develop well without them and provides countermeasures such as updating the service concept、strenghtening the idea of humanistic management、innovating the service pattern、deepening the content of humanistic management、carrying forward the humanistic concern、innovating the service characteristics,delivering the humanistic value and so on to realize continuable development of modern library. |
