| 摘 要： | 本文主要从资源、设施、手段以及与社会互动等方面对澳大利亚公共图书馆的服务特色进行了描绘与分析。认为在我国的图书馆事业发展中，设施建设和环境改善必须与观念更新及人员素质的提高同步，才能切实提高服务质量，最终实现“以人为本”的目标。

| Abstract: | This essay mainly analyzes the characters of the services in Australia public library system from different aspects,such as the recourses,management,facilities and the interactions between the li- braries and community.The author holds the opinion that only we focus on the construction of infrastruc- ture building and the improvement of the education of our staff simultaneously,we can realize the aim of the improvement of our service quality,and finally become people-oriented. |
