| 摘 要： | 中国和俄罗斯的图书馆学家都认为比较图书馆学的方法论基础是辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义，其方法体系由哲学方法、泛科学方法和部门方法三个层次组成。比较方法是该学科最基本的方法，也是比较图书馆学研究所要使用的其他所有方法的方法论原则。在对比较图书馆学的方法论及方法体系的研究方面，俄国学者已走到了中国学者的前面。

| Abstract: | The Chinese and Russian scholars think the foundation of the methodology in the comparative librarianship is the philosophy of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, and its system of method has three layers which are the philosophic method and the panscientific method and the sectional method . The primary method of the comparative librarianship is the comparative method which is the methodological principle of the other method that using in the comparative librarianship. The Russian scholar has already kept ahead the Chinese scholar in the study of the methodology and methodological system of the comparative librarianship. |
