| 摘 要： | 图书馆员具有许多知识分子的共性和使命，即对普遍的知识和价值的维护及追求，当前图书馆职业精神的缺失与知识分子在现代社会中的变迁和普遍理想的淡化是不可分离的。在另一方面，图书馆员在知识分子中又具有一种特殊的方面，即主要致力于对图书的保管、整理、流通以及对人类图书和知识的发展做历史的研究，因而又需要一些特殊的职业精神、气质和禀赋。

| Abstract: | The librarians and the intellectuals are of the similar characters and missions, which devote themselves to pursuing the values of knowledge. Nowadays the lack of the professional spirit of the librarian always links with the changes of the intellectuals in the modern society. In the other hand, the librarian is of particular quality and the professional spirit in preserving, cataloguing and studying in circulation of library' s literature resources. |
