| 摘 要： | 由政府主导区域性数字图书馆项目要服务地方经济,面向产业的需求,引入适度市场化运营机制,遵循项目建设的可持续发展原则,重视产业用户在数字图书馆可持续发展中的地位,正确处理好政府、承担单位、工作人员在建设与运营中的关系与角色定位。公益服务为主,同时要在不损害公众正常利益的情况下,积极寻求自身的经济利益增长点,为数字图书馆可持续发展获得公众的支持,进而获得政府的支持,同时补充其可持续发展中的运营经费。
