| 摘 要： | 目前，软件产业已成为各国国民经济和社会发展的战略性先导产业。如何促进我国的软件产业健康、快速发展，进行软件产业标准化与质量管理工作是其基础，而掌握其基本知识是其前提。文章简要探讨了软件产业的内涵及其质量特性、软件工程标准体系要素及其结构。

How to improve our country software industry healthy and quickly, the base is to standardize it and to built quality management, where as, the premise is to master its basic knowledge. The article concludes the intention and quality characteristics of software industry, standardization system and structure of software project. |
