| 摘 要： | 公共安全信息正成为人们工作和生活中一种特殊的消费品,作为2008年奥运会主办城市,北京市的安全信息管理工作至关重要,安全信息管理平台构建迫在眉睫.本文首次提出了北京市安全信息管理平台的设想,比较系统地阐述了安全信息、安全信息管理、安全信息管理平台、安全信息管理平台的架构、安全信息管理平台的功能以及安全信息管理平台的特征.北京市安全信息管理平台的核心业务流程包括安全信息收集流程、安全信息组织流程、安全信息传播流程.平台的保障体系则包括组织保障、法规保障、利益保障、资金保障以及制度保障.最后,本文呼吁安全信息管理工作应得到重视.
