| 摘 要： | 用户满意度水平研究对网络数据库运营效率的提高有着重要意义 ,本文以ACSI为测评理论模型 ,依据网络数据库的具体情况 ,构建了一套评价体系 ,并对国内四大著名的数据库网站进行用户满意度的测评 ,并对“多层次模糊综合评价”方法的应用进行了探索。

| Abstract: | Researching of the user satisfaction level is of great significance for improving the performance of database website. In the paper, an ACSI-based evaluation framework for the database websites is presented and multi-layer fuzzy integrative evaluation system is applied in data analysis. Then the user satisfaction level of four famous databases websites is evaluated. |
