| Abstract: | This paper reviews the historical developments of library from ancient book stock to modern network library.It analyzes the main functions of modern library,such as reserving and extending information transmission and knowledge services,enlarging its information storage,improving its education function,completing with culture and amusement,and researching and realizing knowledge management,etc.The paper discusses the nature of quality and the basic quality of modern librarian. |
