| Abstract: | The paper discusses the mutual depending relationship between technology development and library spirit,makes clear that technology is the substantial foundation of library spirit and must serve for it,technology development is a key factor to foster new spirit and,to achieve library spirit,it is necessary to develop new technology constantly. |
