| 摘 要： | 图书馆创新是图书馆可持续发展的动力基础，是当代图书馆变迁的主导形式，图书馆创新主要包括目标创新、服务创新、角色创新等层面的内容，图书馆创新要面临许多障碍，成功的图书馆创新不是主观随意的行为，它必须着眼于占领市场，取得市场上的成功，为此要引导和培养创新型的人才。
