| 摘 要： | 通过对古籍阅览与其它文献阅览特点，以及古籍阅览读者层次的分析，认为工作人员具备良好的道德修养、丰富的业务知识，高水平的服务技能和现代化的服务方式都是古籍阅览高效服务的重要保障。于此同时，工作人员还应通过各种方法了解读者的阅读目的，有针对性的满足不同读者需求，更好地为教学和科研服务。
