| 摘 要： | 图书馆公共信息服务非均等化问题比较突出,不同地区之间、不同系统之间在基础建设规模、信息技术运用、信息保障能力等方面的差距各异,马太效应加剧了数字鸿沟现象.信息资源管理体制改革、服务水平提升,以及信息产品高效供给机制,是图书馆实现公共信息服务均等化目标的根本措施.
