摘    要:图书馆人力资源是图书馆持续发展的动力,而人事制度的改革直接关系到人力资源的合理配置与使用。内蒙古大学图书馆在人事制度改革方面进行了探索与实践,合理配置和使用人力资源,达到了预期的效果。该文就内蒙古大学图书馆人事制度改革的思路及其做法,并就非事业编制人员聘任后应注意的几个问题进行探讨。

Abstract:Human resources are the driving force for a library's development.Reform of the personnel system is directly related to making good use of human resources.The Inner Mongolia University Library has probed and practiced the reform to deploy and use human resources in a more reasonable way.We have got expected results.The ideas and acting methods of personnel system reform of Inner Mongolia University are discussed in the paper.The problems of non-staff personnel are also probed in the paper.
