| 摘 要： | 西方普遍服务所蕴含的人文精神是公正、平等,尊重人的价值和尊严,重视人的生存与发展的权利与机会。这与图书馆精神是相通的。在重建我国图书馆精神的过程中,可以借鉴西方开展普遍服务的经验。

| Abstract: | Universal Service is similar with library in humane spirit, because not only they both cherish the values of impartiality and equality but also they respect people's value and dignity. In addition to that, they put a high value upon of people's right and chance of subsistence and development's .We can rebuild library spirit by using the experiences of Universal Service in west countries. |
