| Abstract: | Research on Standardization and Equalization of Basic Public Cultural Services in China is one of the research results of Ke Ping’s program "On Promoting the Standardization and Equalization of Basic Public Cultural Services in China", which is the major project of the National Social Science Fund in China. This book is an in-depth exploration into Chinese basic public cultural services, it is also a timely work that adheres to the principle of "rule of law", "equity" and "efficiency", and it helps to promote the reformation and development of Chinese public cultural services. It shows Ke Ping’s rich professional accumulation, open academic vision and diligent practical investigation. The work integrates empirical research, theoretical construction and standard research together. It is of academic, policy, empirical and practical meaning. The work embodies Chinese characteristics, explores the connotation of service and leads cultural services. It is of practical significance and guiding value for the high-quality development of Chinese basic public cultural services, and the highlighting of humanistic feelings. |
