复旦大学图书馆江湾分馆开馆读者问卷调查分析报告

摘    要:复旦大学图书馆江湾分馆于2008年9月刚刚开放。为了能更好地服务用户,提升图书馆的服务能力,体现新校区分馆的特色,作者对刚刚进入江湾校区的法学院和先进材料实验室的师生进行开馆问卷调查。调查内容包括咨询、培训、纸本馆藏、设施需求、项目合作、社团活动、网络课程等,并得到如下结论:提高馆员的整体素质是提升图书馆服务质量的关键;立足学科服务是图书馆充分发挥教辅机构作用的根本;应建立“以读者为中心”的流程管理和考核体制。

Abstract:The branch library at Jiangwan district of Fudan University Library just opened in September,2008.For better serving customers,promoting the service capabilities of the library,and showing the characteristics of the new branch library,the authors make a survey for the teachers and students who have moved into the new campus.The investigation includes consulting,training,collection,facilities needs,cooperation projects,community activities,and networking courses,etc.And they draw the following conclusions:the promotion of the overall quality of librarians is the key for enhancing the quality of the library services;disciplines service is the basis for the library serving the teaching;it should establish the process management and appraisal system which take the readers as the center.
