| 摘 要： | 我国各地区现行的图书资料系列职称评审条例所设立的评审标准差异较大,致使同一系列相同职称在不同省市评聘的难度不同,影响了现行职称评审制度在衡量专业技术人员学识水平、技术能力时的科学性、权威性和公正性。因此,有必要对图书资料系列职称评审条例进行改革,使之更客观地反映图书资料学科和业务工作的特点,促进图书馆事业的良性发展。

| Abstract: | Evaluation standards of the present professional title evaluation regulations for librarians are different in China.The same professional title evaluation has different degrees of difficulty in different provinces,which influences the scientificalness,authoritativeness and fairness of present professional title evaluation system in measuring the academic level and technological capability.Therefore,it is necessary to reform professional title evaluation regulations for librarians,make evaluation regulations reflect characteristics of library science and professional work objectively,and promote the benign development of librarianship. |
