| 摘 要： | 公民地方文献意识淡薄,人员、经费紧缺,地方文献收集缺乏长远规划等因素,制约了地方文献收集。县级图书馆收集地方文献时必须遵守地域性、特色性、创新性、实用性原则,通过广泛宣传、走出馆门收集、收集各类电子文献及力争建立地方文献呈缴本制度等多种途径收集地方文献。

| Abstract: | Citizens' weak consciousness on local documents,lack of personnel,funds and long-term planning and other factors constrain the collection of local documents.County libraries must comply with principles of regional features,characteristics,innovation and practicality to collect local documents,and they should collect local documents through the extensive publicity,collecting out of the door,collecting all kinds of electronic documents and striving for the establishment of local document deposit system. |
