| Abstract: | Starting with analyzing the relationships between viewpoint of scientific development and university libraries,this paper points out that viewpoint of scientific education,viewpoint of scientific service and viewpoint of scientific management must be set up in the university library's construction,and further elaborates that the four innovations must be insisted on at the present time,they are innovation of developing thinking,innovation of managing idea,innovation of serving pattern and innovation of resources construction. |
