| 摘 要： | 台湾2005年～2015年执行高等教育"迈向顶尖大学计划",依据顶尖计划目标,结合院校发展规划,院校图书馆采取系列措施提升服务品质。文章通过查阅台湾地区院校图书馆的相关文献、数据统计、年鉴、年报,从图书馆发展规划、实施策略进行研究,重点选取两所具有代表性的院校图书馆分析其发展模式,依循"宏观说明-中观分析-微观启示"的路径,揭示台湾院校图书馆在顶尖大学计划下的发展特点、成效与不足,为"双一流"战略背景下大陆高校图书馆发展提供参考与启示。参考文献9。

| Abstract: | "Towards Top University Plan" in higher education realm was implemented from 2005 to 2015 in Taiwan Region. Based on the goal of Top University Plan,combining with the university development plan,a series of measures were taken to improve the service quality of academic libraries. By consulting the relevant literature,statistics,yearbooks,annual reports of Taiwan’s academic libraries,research development plan and implementation strategy,the development mode of two selected representative university libraries was analyzed. The development features,effectiveness and deficiencies of libraries under Top University Plan were revealed in accordance with the "macro explanation-meso analysis-microcosmic enlightenment". All the works would provide reference and inspiration for the development of the mainland academic libraries under the "Double-First Class" strategy. 9 refs. |
