| 摘 要： | 文章立足于公共文化服务视阈,探究档案微博现状,为档案机构开展与优化档案微博服务提供参考意见。选择八个有代表性的档案微博账号作为样本,通过西瓜数据平台,对样本微博运营情况进行分析,进一步总结当前档案微博存在的问题,提出相应的解决优化策略。在公共文化服务体系建设背景下,档案机构可以从组织、观念、内容、认证四方面对档案微博服务进行优化,提高档案微博的档案服务能力与质量,进而提升公共文化服务水平。

| Abstract: | Based on the perspective of public cultural services,this paper explores the current situation of archives micro-blog,and provides reference for archives agencies to carry out and optimize archives micro-blog services.This paper selects 8 representative archives micro-blog accounts as samples,analyzes the operation of the sample micro-blog through watermelon data platform,further summarizes the problems existing in the current development of archives micro-blog,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies.Under the background of the construction of public cultural service system,archives organizations can optimize the service of archives micro blog from the aspects of organization,idea,content and certification,improve the ability and quality of archives micro-blog service,and then improve the level of public cultural service. |
