| 摘 要： | 因链接而引发的侵权问题已经出现，目前，世界各国都没有有关链接的版权规定，因此，对超链接引起的版权问题进行分析，无疑将对数字图书馆建设起到巨大的推动作用。本文介绍了超链接技术的原理，分析了正常连接、埋置链接、加框链接三种不同的链接类型；在此基础上，本文从复制权、发行权、改编权、信息网络传播权四方面分析了链接侵权问题。最后从技术层面、法律层面以及行业层面提出了解决超链接技术侵犯版权的方法。

| Abstract: | The article introduces the principle of hyperlink, and discusses three kinds of hyperlink ,that is , normal linking, embedding link, framing. Based on the above disscussion, the paper analyses the copyright problems of hyperlink in the construction of digital library in three aspects. In the end, the author puts forward the way to overcome the hyperlink tort. |
