| 摘 要： | 采访工作少不了读者的参与，读者参与图书的选购为图书馆文献资源质量的提升给予了很大的帮助。该文从现有选书模式出发，研究和分析了读者选书心理及其成因，明确指出了读者不应当是一个选书的操作者，应是一个指导图书馆采访人员学会选书的老师，只有立足于读者的指导，文献资源建设才能得以持续稳定的发展。

| Abstract: | Library acquisition of book titles cannot do without the participation of readers, readers＇ partici- pating in choosing books for the library greatly help enhance the quality of literature resourceso The essay studies and analyses the readers＇ psychological elements in selecting books and the cause of it from the existing mode of selection of booksoit explicitly points out the reader should not be the operator in book selection,but a teacher for library staff in the library acquisition of book titlesoOnly based on the reader＇s guide,literature resource development can be sustained and stable. |
