| Abstract: | Nowadays, some public libraries have sunk into the predicament of digital resources construction for their purchasing specialized digital resources at random. Compared with high school libraries, the reader community, social function of public libraries all contain their characteristics, and according to this characteristics, we should adopt homologous development strategies in the digital resources construction of public libraries. |
