| 摘 要： | 图书馆生存危机的出现和加重直接推动着图书馆界对图书馆评估的理论研究和实践推广。图书馆评估是一项由评估主体、评估对象、评估内容以及评估手段四大要素构成的复杂活动。评估主体决定着评估活动要由谁主导的问题,评估对象决定着评估活动要对什么进行评估的问题,评估内容决定着评估主体要对评估对象进行何种评估的问题,评估手段决定着评估活动具体如何实施的问题。

| Abstract: | The crisis of library＇s existing and its deterioration drives the theoretical research and practice exploring. The library assessment refers to a complicated activity that includes the subject and object of assessment, the items and methods of the assessment. The matter of assessing subject determines who will guides this process; the matter of assessing object decides what is going to be assessed; the matter of assessing items is concerned with what kind of assessment is about to be done with the object by the subject; and finally, the matter of assessing methods is mainly about how the assessing activity is going to be conducted. |
