| 摘 要： | 针对中西部地区公共图书馆服务体系建设的难点,论文阐述中西部县图书馆总分馆制建设的基本原则,探析其构建模式,并提出优化建议,以期促进中西部地区县图书馆总分馆制建设的可持续发展,实现构建全覆盖的公共图书馆服务体系的目标。

| Abstract: | Concerning the difficulties existing in the construction of public library service system in central and western regions, this paper demonstrates the basic principles of the construction of main-branch library system in the county libraries of central and western regions, and explores the construction mode of the system. In addition, with the aim of achieving the complete coverage of the public library service system, the optimization suggestions to promote the sustainable development of the construction of main-branch library system in the county libraries of central and western regions are presented in this paper. |
