| 摘 要： | 图书馆服务泛在化就是要将服务延伸到一切有读者存在的地方，这是泛在图书馆的核心理念和实现基础。图书馆界致力于服务泛在化的探索实践，杭州数字图书馆率先以宽带城域网、数字电视网、移动多媒体网“三网融合”的服务平台，实现了服务的泛在化。构建泛在图书馆服务体系要求图书馆在理念、方式和手段上进行变革，整合资源和技术，扩展服务辐射范围，使服务融入读者触手可及的载体与环境。
