| 摘 要： | 对我国38所“985工程院校”图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务的开展情况以网上调查和问卷调查两种方式进行了统计分析。并针对其发展水平,提出要重视虚拟参考咨询服务链接位置及名称的规范、知识库的建设、网络表单的设计、馆员培训、宣传推广和建立各种形式的合作等,以提高我国虚拟参考咨询服务的服务水平。

| Abstract: | The authors survey and analyse the VRS in the universities of "985 Project" by internet and questionnaires.In order to improve the VRS level the authors put forward that we should attach importance to the links of VRS,structure of repository of knowledge,web-form,train of librarians,publicizing and so on. |
