| 摘 要： | 我国加入WTO后科技期刊面临的挑战涉及市场、人才、经营管理模式和资金等方面，所带来的机遇包括出版行为市场化、出版手段现代化、出版资源整合化等；科技期刊应采取的对策是转变观念，改革创新，尊重人才，利用优势，提高质量，网络办刊，打造品牌，提升竞争力等。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the challenges met by Chinese periodicals, especially Chinese sci tech periodicals, after China's entry into WTO, including the aspects of market, persons of ability, business administration model, fund, etc. The paper also expounds the opportunities brought by WTO to the Chinese sci tech periodicals, including marketization of publishing actionds, modernization of press means, integration of press resources. The countermeasures that Chinese periodicals should take are deepening the understanding, changing the ideas, reform and innovation, respecting knowledge and talented people, making use of advantages, fostering famous brand periodicals, and promoting competition power. |
