| 摘 要： | 为搞好综合性医学期刊,结合在编辑工作中遇到的具体问题,从编辑业务水平、医学专业知识、语言文字素养、外语水平及计算机网络知识等5个方面论述了作为医学期刊编辑人员应具备的文化素养.认为医学期刊编辑除应掌握编辑业务知识外,还必须了解医学新动态、掌握新信息,学习医护专业知识、语言文字知识、外语及计算机网络知识,只有这样,才能不断扩大知识面,提高期刊的质量.

| Abstract: | To develop synthetical medical periodicals, the culturalaccomplishments of medical periodicals editor were discussed in fiveaspects. These were vocational editor level, professional medicineknowledge, Language and character accomplishments, foreignlanguage level, computer network knowledge, ets. Be a medicalperiodical editor. One must understand medicine trends, grasp newmessages, study medicine and nursing, Language and character,foreign language, computer network knowledge, so enlarging one'sknowledge fields, improving the quality of periodicals. |
