航空航天领域高质量科技期刊分级目录编制初探

摘    要:为落实中国科协关于分领域发布高质量科技期刊分级目录的要求,中国航空学会开展了航空航天领域高质量科技期刊分级目录的编制与发布工作.通过阐述组建评审委员会、遴选候选期刊、制定评价体系、开发评审系统、组织分学科评审等内容,详细介绍了航空航天领域高质量科技期刊分级目录的编制过程.由评审委员会决议分级目录,并由中国航空学会进行公示和正式发布,在业内取得了较好的反响.编制期刊分级目录可规范与促进科技期刊的发展,提高期刊学术影响力.

Abstract:In order to fulfill the requirement of China Association for Science and Technology on publishing the classification catalogue of high-quality scientific journals in different fields, Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics has explored the compilation and publication of the classification catalogue of high-quality scientific journals in the aerospace field. Through elaborating on the establishment of evaluation committee, selection of candidate journals, formulation of evaluation system, exploitation of review system, organization of disciplinary review, etc., the compilation process of classification catalogue is given. The classification catalogue is decided by the evaluation committee, and publicized and officially released by Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics, which has obtained a good response from science community. Classification catalogue can standardize and promote the development of scientific journals and improve the academic influence of the journals.
