| Abstract: | The humanistic management ability of chief editors becomes more and more important for the improvement of quality and benefit of science academic journals.A chief editor with humanistic management ability will be a creative thinking person who can lead his editors to realize innovations,will be skilled in paper identification,justice,and appreciation which give him the ability to guide researchers' work,will be skilled in the art of management which allows him to cooperate with others to reach objectives,and will be good at leadership to find and use his editors' skills and to build a harmonious work environment. |
