| 摘 要： | 大势所趋的数字化出版具有良好的发展前景,数字出版将成为学术期刊转型和发展的必由路径。在数字化生存环境中,学术期刊的出版和传播模式变得更加复杂多样,传统意义上的编辑人员在数字出版产业链中遭遇边缘化及更明显的身份泛化。学术期刊编辑为应对数字出版的冲击,必须进行身份重构,重新自我定位,成为策划型、技术型、学术型或营销型等有所专长又熟知数字出版产业知识的复合型人才。

| Abstract: | Digital publishing has promising prospects for development, and it will be the path of transformation and development of academic journals. In the digital environment, the publication and the mode of communication of academic journals become more and more complex. Editors in the traditional sense face marginalization and more obvious generalization of their roles. Under the impact of digital publishing, editors of academic journals must re-position themselves, become the talents who have the expertise in planning, technology, academy, marketing and knowledge of the digital publishing. |
