| 摘 要： | 在讨论目前诸多编辑排版软件利弊的基础上,分析了选择Word作为期刊排版软件的原因以及Word作为排版软件在完成编辑部网上办公、提高编辑效率等方面的有利条件.在介绍<软件学报>编辑部应用Word软件过程中所遇到的实际问题的基础上,提供了解决方案,并向准备采用Word软件的编辑部提出了建议和注意事项.

| Abstract: | Based on the comparison of different kinds of typesetting software widely used i n the editorial offices of China, the reasons for the selection of Word processi ng for on-line editorial process are put forward. The advantages and e fficiency of the Word processing are further analyzed. Practices carried out in the Editorial Department of the Journal of Software have revealed that additiona l alternations and practical training are necessary to meet some special needs o f individual periodicals' typesetting and editing. Finally, some suggestions are given for the future application of Word for on-line editorial process. |
